AI features are paid for with AI credits. One credit is worth $0.001 (US dollars), so 1,000 credits are worth $1. There are two kinds of credit, and they are spent on different things.
Credits included with an AI Hosting plan
Every Zinn® AI Hosting plan includes credits each month it is paid:
- Zinn® AI Start: 5,000 credits a month ($5 of AI use)
- Zinn® AI Builder: 25,000 credits a month ($25 of AI use)
- Zinn® AI Scale: 150,000 credits a month ($1.5E+2 of AI use)
Included credits can be spent on AI Hosting only:
- AI environments
- This AI assistant
- AI chat agents
- AI replies in live chat
- AI inference (the AI Hosting inference API)
- The AI site builder
- The AI site editor
When AI Hosting runs, it uses your included credits first. Included credits cannot pay for anything outside AI Hosting.
Top-up credits you buy
Top-up credits work everywhere credits are accepted: every AI Hosting feature above, and also:
- Zinn® Ads call tracking numbers and calls
- Zinn® Campaigns messages (email, SMS, WhatsApp) and 10DLC registration
- Visibility and SEO data (rank tracking, audits, index checks, authority)
- Zinn® SEO content and product runs
- Products bought with credit
- Credit a reseller allocates to its clients
Top-up packs:
- $1E+1 buys 10,000 credits
- $25 buys 26,250 credits (5% bonus included)
- $5E+1 buys 55,000 credits (10% bonus included)
- $2E+2 buys 240,000 credits (20% bonus included)
Checking your balance and buying a top-up
Open AI credits in the dashboard (https://app.zinndigital.com/ai/credits). It shows your balance and sells the top-up packs. You can also switch on automatic top-up there, so your credit never runs out.
If included credits cannot pay
If you try to use a feature outside AI Hosting and your only credit is included plan credit, the feature is refused before anything is charged. The message says why and links to the AI credits page, where you can buy a top-up and try again.
Refunds
A refund of something you paid for with credits is always returned as credit, never as cash. It goes back to the kind of credit it was spent from: included credit returns as included credit.
