Zinn® Chat Pro is the paid edition of Zinn® Chat for a team. Everything in the free plugin stays free; Pro adds unlimited support agents with their own role, departments and assignment, replies to tickets by email, a knowledge base with a help centre, saved replies, AI reply drafts and summaries, business hours and SLA targets, a knowledge-gap report, an agent app with push notifications, Slack, Microsoft Teams and Telegram alerts, proactive messages, reports and your own branding.

Does Pro replace the free Zinn® Chat?
No. Pro installs on top of the free plugin and adds team, knowledge-base and reporting features. Your chats, tickets and settings stay where they are.
How is Pro priced?
Per site, monthly or yearly, with unlimited agents on every plan: Personal for one site, Business for five and Agency for unlimited sites.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, 14 days on every plan, with no card needed.
Is Pro included with Zinn Digital® hosting?
No. The free Zinn® Chat is installed on every WordPress site we host. Pro is bought separately, and hosting customers get a one-off discount on their first payment.
What happens when my licence ends?
The Pro features stop and the free plugin keeps answering chats and tickets as before.
Updates
On a site we host, these plugins are configured to update themselves: they check with us and WordPress installs the new version for you, with the download verified against its published checksum first. On a WordPress we do not host, there is nothing to configure and nothing phones home — come back to this page when you want the newest version, or watch the plugin's GitHub releases.
Need an older version?
Customers can download the newest release of each of the two previous major versions of every plugin in the Zinn Digital® app. It is there for a site that cannot run the current version yet — one still on an older WordPress or PHP — and for rolling back an update that caused a problem. When you can, install the current version.
