About this listing

What we do

If your captions have drifted out of sync, contain mistakes, or prove hard to read, we overhaul them so every single line corresponds precisely to the spoken audio. We correct grammar, punctuation, and spelling, fix misunderstood words, and adjust the timing so each caption appears at the exact right second. We also check line breaks and lengths to ensure the text is easy to read on televisions, laptops, and mobile phones, without rushing viewers or overlapping subsequent lines.

Delivery

You receive completed caption files in both VTT and SRT formats, fully prepared for immediate upload to YouTube without requiring any extra conversion steps. Should you possess an existing caption file, we will polish it; if you only have the video file, we will generate precise, synchronized captions directly from the audio.

Who this suits

This service is ideal for educators, content creators, podcast producers, and businesses seeking accessible, refined videos without having to re-record material or spend hours fixing subtitle timing manually.

Before we start

Please provide any proper nouns, product terms, or brand names requiring precise spelling, let us know whether music cues or sound effects should be indicated, and state any preferred caption style. We utilise AI tools to accelerate repetitive steps, though every file is manually checked, formatted, and customised before delivery.

Turnaround takes under 24 hours from when we get your video and instructions, and one round of minor wording or timing revisions is included.
