Zinn® SEO: Rankings, index and AI checks, part 2 of 2

What Zinn® SEO does for rankings, index and ai checks, part 2 of 2, and which of it is free.

What it does

  • Keyword research in the editor (Pro) — See how often a phrase is searched and how hard page one is, without leaving the page you are writing, and make it the focus phrase with one click.
  • A focus phrase for every market (Pro) — Research each language version of a page in the country where it is read, keep one focus phrase per market, and send any of them to the rank tracker with its market.
  • Content gap against a competitor (Pro) — See the phrases a competitor ranks for and you do not, with how often each is searched, and start a draft from any of them with the brief attached.
  • Local rank grid (Pro) — Where your business appears on Google Maps and in the local results, for each service in each town you serve, and which businesses are above you.
  • Brand mentions (Pro) — Hear when someone writes about you, good or bad: a mention without a link is a link you can ask for.
  • Harmful backlink review and disavow file (Pro) — Every backlink rated with the reason. Tick the ones to drop and download a disavow file ready for Google, with a plain warning about when not to use it.
  • Negative SEO alerts (Pro) — An alert the day a wave of spammy links points at your site, or another site copies one of your pages.

Free or Pro

A feature marked (Pro) needs a Pro licence; (Agency plan) needs the Agency plan. Everything else is in the free edition.
