Files and database
Everything, at the version it is at now, not a fresh install you then have to reconfigure.

Give us access to your current host and we do the whole move — files, database, mail, DNS — test it before anything switches, and put it live when you say so. Free, for every site, with no limit.
Migration is the step where most people give up on changing host. It is not technically hard, but it is fiddly, it touches DNS and email, and the failure mode is your site being down or your mail disappearing while you work out what went wrong.
So we do it. You give us access to the current host, we bring everything across, we stand it up here where you can test it on a temporary address, and only when you are happy do we move the DNS. If anything is wrong at that point, the old site is still there.
The whole move, including the parts people forget until they break.
Everything, at the version it is at now, not a fresh install you then have to reconfigure.
Mailboxes, forwarders and the records behind them. This is the part that most often goes wrong on a self-service move.
We prepare the records and cut over on your word, not on a schedule that suits us.
The site runs here on a temporary address first, so you check it yourself while the live site is untouched.
HTTPS working on day one, and your existing redirects preserved so search engines and old links keep working.
Until DNS moves, your old site is live and unmodified. There is a real way back, not a promise of one.
Whatever your current host provides — control panel, SFTP, or a backup file. We work with what you have.
The site runs on our infrastructure at a temporary address. You check it properly while your live site carries on.
We move DNS at a time you choose, watch it settle, and confirm mail and certificates are working before we call it done.
Nothing. Managed migration is free for every site on every plan, and there is no limit on how many sites you ask us to move.
Self-service migration is free too, and it is the fastest route — it starts the moment you submit it. Ask us when you would rather hand it over, or when a source cannot be automated.
Changing host should not cost you anything, and the move is where most people give up. So we do not charge for it — not for the first site, and not for the fiftieth.
Most moves are fastest done yourself: sign in to your old host from the migration form and the workflow does the rest. When that is not the right fit, a person does it for you, tests it before the switch and is accountable if it goes wrong.
The site is promised ready for you to test within 3 days. The switch itself is minutes and happens when you say so, which may be days later.
No. The site is built here while the old one stays live, and the DNS switch is designed so visitors reach one or the other, never nothing.
Included. It is the part most self-service migrations break, so it is explicitly part of the job rather than a caveat.
We deal with that regularly. A backup file is usually enough, and where it is not we will tell you what we need in terms you can pass on.
Fifty is fine: there is no limit and it is still free. The fastest way to move many sites is self-service from the Migrations page, which runs them side by side — or ask us and we move them for you.
Create a free account, tell us where the site is now, and we will take it from there. Nothing switches until you say so.
