Step by step in Zinn® SEO: Hand any problem to a colleague or client with a due date; they are e-mailed, comment and tick it off.

Give SEO tasks to your team and clients (Pro)

Hand any problem to a colleague or client with a due date; they are e-mailed, comment and tick it off.

  1. Make a task from Fix it — In SEO, Fix it, press Make it a task on any finding.
  2. Say who and when — Write what needs doing, choose who does it and when it is due, and press Save the task. They get an e-mail.
  3. Follow the tasks — Go to SEO, Tasks. Open tasks shows what is open and overdue; Open where it is fixed takes the person straight to the screen, and Mark as done closes it.

Build landing pages from a spreadsheet (Pro)

One page per row of a spreadsheet or Google Sheet, each with its own SEO title and description; thin and look-alike pages are held back.

  1. Open Pages from a sheet — Go to SEO, Pages from a sheet.
  2. Give it your spreadsheet — Under 1. Your spreadsheet, paste a Google Sheet address or load a CSV file. The first row names the columns, for example town, service, phone.
  3. Write the template — Under 2. The template, write the page title, address, SEO title, meta description and content. Put a column's name in curly brackets where its value goes, for example the town.
  4. Check, then make the pages — Press Check the pages. 3. What will happen lists new, updated and held-back pages and why. Press Make the pages; Remove the pages this run made undoes it.
