Zinn® SEO how-to: Link between your own sites and Write in Google Docs and send it to WordPress

Step by step in Zinn® SEO: See related posts on your other WordPress sites while you write, so readers find more of your work. Only your own sites are read, from their public post list. Part of the Agency plan.

Link between your own sites

See related posts on your other WordPress sites while you write, so readers find more of your work. Only your own sites are read, from their public post list. Part of the Agency plan.

  1. Add your sites — Go to SEO, Writing, Between your sites, type a Site address and press Add the site.
  2. Read them — Press Read the sites now. Their posts are read in the background and kept up to date.
  3. Link while you write — In the editor, open Writing help, Links to your other sites and press Suggest links. If no-trace mode is on you are warned first: links between sites one person runs are a footprint.

Write in Google Docs and send it to WordPress

Write in Google Docs with the Zinn® SEO add-on: see the SEO and readability checks as you write, then send the document to WordPress as a draft with its headings, SEO title and description. This is part of Zinn® SEO Pro.

  1. Make your key — Go to SEO, Writing, Google Docs and press Make my key. Copy the Address and Key: the key is shown only once.
  2. Connect the add-on — In Google Docs open Extensions, Zinn® SEO, paste the address and key and press Connect.
  3. Check as you write — The sidebar shows the headline score and the content checks for the document.
  4. Send it — Fill in the SEO title and description and press Send to WordPress as a draft. Sending again updates the same draft, never a published post.
