Zinn® SEO how-to: Give clients their own SEO login (Agency plan) and Get SEO alerts in Slack, Teams, Discord or Telegram (Pro)

Step by step in Zinn® SEO: Each client gets a login that sees only the screens you choose, never prices, credit, AI keys, connections or settings.

Give clients their own SEO login (Agency plan)

Each client gets a login that sees only the screens you choose, never prices, credit, AI keys, connections or settings.

  1. Open Client logins — Go to SEO, Agency, Client logins.
  2. Choose what clients see — Tick the screens a client sees. Let clients edit pages and their SEO titles and descriptions decides whether they may change anything.
  3. Add a client login — Press Add a client login. The client gets the SEO Client role and an e-mail to set their password.

Get SEO alerts in Slack, Teams, Discord or Telegram (Pro)

The same alerts you get by e-mail, in the chat your team already uses or your own webhook, on one set of rules.

  1. Open Alerts to chat — Go to SEO, Agency, Alerts to chat.
  2. Add a channel — Press Add a channel, choose where (Slack, Teams, Discord, Telegram or your own webhook) and paste its incoming webhook address or bot token.
  3. Send a test — Press Send a test and check the channel. Every channel gets the same alerts as e-mail, so nothing is missed and nothing is sent twice. Press Save channels.
