What Zinn® SEO does for clean-up and control, part 2 of 2, and which of it is free.
What it does
Switch features off — Turn off any feature you do not need in one click. It stops running completely, and your settings wait for you if you turn it back on.
One-click rollback — Go back to an earlier version in one click if an update ever causes trouble. It is checked first and undone by itself if your site stops answering.
No-trace mode — Nothing on your pages, sitemaps or feeds points to Zinn® SEO: no plugin name, comment, file address or class. Made for private blog networks.
Accessible admin — Every screen works with a keyboard and a screen reader, in colours that work for colour-blind eyes (WCAG 2.2 AA).
Safe .htaccess editor(Pro) — Edit .htaccess or Nginx rules with every line checked first, a backup kept, and the old rules restored by themselves if your site stops answering.
Error logs read and fixed with AI(Pro) — Your PHP error log, debug.log and fatal errors are read for you, the same error grouped together, the plugin or theme behind it named, and each explained in plain words. The AI proposes the fix: an update, going back a version, a setting, switching something off, or a small code fix you approve. You are told at once about a new fatal error.
Safe database clean-up(Pro) — Expired temporary data, old revisions, automatic drafts, spam and trash, data left behind by deleted pages, comments, users and categories, finished background tasks and wasted table space. See the size of each first, every row is backed up before it goes and can be put back, settings that slow every page are named with the plugin they belong to, and it runs in small batches even on very large sites, by hand or on a schedule.
Small code fixes, made safe(Pro) — When a problem needs a little code, the AI writes a small must-use plugin. It is checked against PHP and WordPress safety rules, shown to you line by line to approve, tested where visitors never see it, switched off by itself if it ever causes an error, and removed in one click.
Free or Pro
A feature marked (Pro) needs a Pro licence; (Agency plan) needs the Agency plan. Everything else is in the free edition.
