What the plan and usage panel on your WordPress dashboard is, where its numbers come from, and why there is no Deactivate link for it.
Every site we host runs Zinn® Platform, a small plugin that adds two panels to your WordPress dashboard: what your hosting plan includes and how much of it you are using, and what else Zinn Digital® currently offers.
It is installed as a WordPress must-use plugin. WordPress loads those before all others and does not offer a Deactivate link for them, which is deliberate: the panel reports the plan your site is actually running on, and that reporting should not be something a plugin conflict or a stray click can switch off.
It does nothing to your site's front end. Every part of it is behind an administration check, so a page view by one of your visitors does no extra work at all and makes no request on its behalf.
From our own measurements of the account your site runs on — the same figures your Zinn Digital® hosting dashboard shows. Nothing is measured inside WordPress, so a caching plugin or a slow page cannot change them.
Four allowances are reported where we can measure them:
If a row says not measured yet, we have not been able to take that reading — it is not a reading of nothing. Some kinds of hosting cannot report every figure: a static site has no database to measure, and a site on a partner platform may not expose its file count. We would rather tell you we do not know than show you a zero that looks like good news.
Likewise no limit set means exactly that, and is not the same as a limit of zero.
They should not — both read the same measurements. If they disagree, the likely reason is age: the panel keeps its copy for about fifteen minutes so your dashboard never waits on the network. Administrators see a Refresh link under the plan panel that fetches a fresh copy immediately.
