What Tranzly does for help, bug reports and feedback, and which of it is free.
What it does
Bug reporter and support tickets — A 'Report a bug / Get help' button in both plugins that opens a ticket with site diagnostics attached (WordPress/PHP versions, active theme and plugins, error log excerpt), with the user's consent. Uses Freemius support where it can.
Use Freemius fully — In-dashboard upgrade offers, trials, the add-ons/cross-sell page, renewal and discount offers, and deactivation feedback, all on our own plugin screens only (WordPress.org rules).
Footprint-free front end, on by default — No plugin names in front-end class names or file paths, no HTML comments or generator tags, and CSS/JS served from neutral paths. On for everyone by default; the wp-admin side stays clearly branded.
