Acceptable use policy: what content you can host (adult, escort and dating sites)

Content you must not host or distribute

You must not use the service to host, publish, store, transmit or link to any of the following. This list gives examples; it is not exhaustive, and unlawful content is prohibited whether or not it appears here.

• Child sexual abuse material, or any content that sexualises or endangers a minor.
• Content that infringes another party's intellectual property, trade secrets, privacy or

publicity rights, including pirated software, media or counterfeit goods.

• Content that is unlawfully defamatory, harassing, or that threatens, incites or glorifies

violence, terrorism or serious self-harm.

• Material that promotes unlawful discrimination or hatred against people because of a protected

characteristic.

• Fraudulent, deceptive or misleading content, including phishing pages, fake stores, and schemes

designed to obtain money or credentials dishonestly.

• Malware, exploit kits, ransomware, or content whose purpose is to damage, disable or gain

unauthorised access to any system or data.

• Content that a court order, valid legal notice or applicable law requires us to remove.

Adult content and adult services, including escort sites

Lawful adult content and lawful adult services, including escort and companionship services, are not prohibited by this policy. You may host and promote them, including on sites built with our AI site builder, wherever they are lawful in the places you operate and the places you target. You are responsible for following the law that applies to you and your visitors, including any age-verification, licensing and advertising rules. Anything on the list above stays prohibited whatever the subject — above all, anything that involves a minor, exploitation, trafficking or content shared without consent.

Can I host a dating site or a dating app?

Yes. Dating sites and dating apps, including their back ends and APIs, are allowed, with or without an adult theme, as long as the content is lawful where you operate and where you target visitors. As with every site, nothing unlawful is allowed, and nothing that involves a minor, exploitation, trafficking or content shared without consent.

Using a plan for what it is sold for

• No using a plan for a purpose it is not sold for — for example, running a public

file-distribution, streaming or backup service on a standard hosting plan.
