DELETE `/v1/offsite-destinations/{destinationId}`

Remove a destination and forget its credentials and encryption key.

Authentication

Send an API key as a bearer token. The key must carry the hosting.backup.manage permission; a key without it is refused with 403, not 404.

This endpoint takes no organisation id. Your key already identifies the organisation it belongs to, and the response is scoped to it.

Details

Refused with IN_USE while a site still sends backups there. Copies already written stay in the customer's storage; without the key they saved from POST …/key they cannot be opened. Requires hosting.backup.manage.
