Your inbox

What lands in the in-app inbox, how it differs from tickets and email, and how to keep up.

The inbox is where the platform talks to you: replies on your tickets, marketplace messages from buyers and sellers, notices about your account, and anything a reseller sends their clients.

What is here and what is not

  • Ticket replies — a copy. The conversation itself lives in Support and is the same thread.
  • Marketplace messages — buyer and seller conversations about a listing or a sale. These
  • live only here.

  • Platform notices — maintenance, policy changes, anything addressed to you rather than
  • broadcast.

  • Alerts are NOT here. A site going down is an alert, and alerts go where you told them to:
  • email, chat, webhook. Notifications is where that is configured.

Keeping up

Unread counts show in the sidebar. Marking a thread read here marks it read everywhere, so the count on your phone and the count in the panel agree.

If you would rather it all came by email

Notifications → Inbox → forward to email. Every message then arrives as mail as well, and replying to that mail posts back into the thread — you never have to open the panel to answer a customer.

⭐ A marketplace conversation is evidence. If a sale goes wrong, the escrow decision reads this thread, so keep the discussion here rather than moving it to private email.
