Wallet credit and automatic top-up

Credit is spent before your card is charged. How to top up, and what lands in there on its own.

Your wallet is a balance held in your own currency. It is Credit balance in the menu.

What it is spent on

Any invoice we issue draws from the wallet first and charges your payment method only for the remainder. That includes subscriptions, domain renewals and AI credits.

Topping up

Manually, in any amount, from the Wallet screen. Or set an automatic top-up: a threshold and an amount, so the balance is refilled when it drops below the threshold. That is worth setting if you run AI jobs, because a long job stopping half way for want of credit is the one failure mode people find genuinely annoying.

What arrives without you paying it in

  • Refunds, including a part-period credit after a downgrade.
  • Marketplace earnings, once a sale's escrow releases.
  • Goodwill credit, if support applies one.

Is it refundable?

Credit you paid in yourself can be paid back out to the original payment method — open a ticket. Credit that arrived as a refund or a goodwill adjustment stays as credit.

It never expires

A balance sits there until it is spent. We do not sweep unused credit and we do not charge you for holding it.
