GET /v1/sla/policy
The published uptime commitment and its service-credit ladder.
Authentication
Send an API key as a bearer token. This endpoint does not state a specific permission in the specification, so give your key the least it needs and check the response rather than assuming.
This endpoint takes no organisation id. Your key already identifies the organisation it belongs to, and the response is scoped to it.
Try it
Replace anything in angle brackets with your own values, and the key placeholder with a key from your dashboard.
curl -X GET https://api.zinndigital.com/v1/sla/policy \
-H "Authorization: Bearer zdk_live_…"Signed in? The API console in your dashboard fills in your real organisation id and your own key, and runs the request against the live API so you can see the actual response. Open this endpoint in the API console
Details
The figure we stand behind, the credit owed at each tier, the exclusions and the claim window — **rendered from `engine/engine/sla/policy.py` and never retyped**. ⛔ Clients must interpolate these values into their own copy rather than writing "99.9%" into a locale catalogue: a figure translated into 58 languages cannot be grepped for and cannot be changed (`CLAUDE.md` §2.45). `min_coverage_percent` is the share of a month we must have measured before a reading adjudicates; below it the month is `unadjudicable` and the customer's claimed tier stands.

claim_window_days | integer | Yes | Days after a month ends during which it may still be claimed. |
min_coverage_percent | string | Yes | The share of a month we must have measured for the reading to adjudicate. Below it the month is `unadjudicable` and the customer's claimed tier stands — our coverage gap is ours… |
exclusions | string<maintenance, customer, force_majeure>[] | Yes | What is not credited. ⛔ There is deliberately **no upstream-provider exclusion**: a hosting customer bought hosting from Zinn Digital® and never chose our suppliers, so whose ha… |
