DELETE /v1/agency/time/rates/{rateId}
Archive a rate card.
Authentication
Send an API key as a bearer token. The endpoint checks agency.time.manage; a key without it is refused with 403, not 404.
This endpoint takes no organisation id. Your key already identifies the organisation it belongs to, and the response is scoped to it.

⛔ Archives; never deletes. A rate card that priced an invoice is part of how that money was arrived at, and a deleted row makes an issued document unexplainable.
