Finding your way around

What each part of the dashboard is for, and where to go first.

The dashboard opens on an overview: what you own, what needs attention, and what changed recently. Everything else hangs off the sidebar.

The five things most people need

  • Sites — every site you host with us. Open one to reach its files, database, staging,
  • backups, PHP version, certificates and credentials.

  • Domains — registrations, transfers, DNS records and nameservers.
  • Billing — invoices, payment methods, your plan and what you have used of it.
  • Support — tickets, and the answer search that usually beats opening one.
  • Settings — your profile, your team, notifications and API keys.

The overview is a work queue, not a report

The cards at the top are the things we think need you: a site that is down, a domain expiring, an invoice unpaid, a backup that failed. An empty overview means there is nothing to do, which is the state you want it in.

Getting help on any screen

Every screen carries a Learn how to use this link beside its title, which opens the guide for that screen in a new tab. The help panel in the top bar answers "let me look around"; that link answers "explain the screen I am on".

The search in Support reads the same articles. If a guide answers your question, you never need to open a ticket — and if it does not, the ticket you open starts with what you already tried.

Still stuck?

Support is included on every plan and answers in your own language.
