Your account settings

Profile, security, language, currency and the things that are deliberately elsewhere.

Settings is about you. The things about your company or your bill live in Organisation and Billing, and the split trips people up often enough to be worth stating.

In Settings

  • Profile — your name, the address we email, and your avatar.
  • Security — password, two-factor, passkeys, and the list of devices currently signed in.
  • Ending a session there signs that device out at once.

  • Language — which of the languages we serve you see the panel in. It changes the panel,
  • your emails and your invoices.

  • Currency — the currency you are billed in. Changing it takes effect on the next invoice;
  • it does not re-price anything already issued.

  • Time zone and date format — which changes every timestamp in the panel, including logs.

Deliberately not in Settings

  • Company name, address and VAT number — Organisation → Company profile. These appear on
  • invoices and are the company's, not yours.

  • Who else can sign in — Organisation → Team.
  • Where alerts go — Notifications, because a channel is per-kind rather than per-person.
  • API keys — API keys, because they are credentials with their own audit trail.

Two-factor is worth the ninety seconds. Your account can create servers, move domains and spend money; a password alone is thin protection for that. Passkeys are the least annoying version and work on the phone you already unlock with your face.
