When you install an application with one click (for example Moodle, Joomla, Drupal, Nextcloud or ownCloud), we create an administrator account for you. Its sign-in details are always in your dashboard. We do not e-mail them.

Where to find them

  1. Open Sites and choose the website.
  2. Press Sign in to <application> at the top of the page (for example **Sign in to
  3. Moodle). You can also open the Applications** tile on the website's overview.

  4. The Sign in to <application> card shows the Address of the admin sign-in page and the
  5. Username.

  6. Press Show password to see the password. Copy it, then open the address and sign in.

Only people who can see the website can open this card, and every time the password is shown it is recorded in your account's activity log.

After your first sign-in

Change the password inside the application (in Moodle: your user menu, then Preferences, then Change password). From then on the application manages its own users, and the card says that you set the password yourself. If you forget it, use the application's own "forgotten password" link on its sign-in page.

If you cannot see the card

The card appears once the install has finished and the website shows as active. If the website is active and the card is still missing, open a support ticket and tell us which website it is.
