Update a site's caching and acceleration settings.
Autenticação
Envie uma chave de API como um token de portador. A chave deve ter a permissão hosting.performance.manage; uma chave sem ela é recusada com 403, e não 404.
Este endpoint não requer um ID de organização. Sua chave já identifica a organização à qual pertence, e a resposta é delimitada a ela.

Merge semantics: every field is optional and only the fields present are applied, so toggling one setting never resets the others. Selecting the `premium` AccelerateWP tier starts the trial and requires a payment method on file, returning `PAYMENT_METHOD_REQUIRED` otherwise. Returns the complete updated resource. Requires `hosting.performance.manage`, and additionally `billing.payment.manage` when changing the AccelerateWP tier.
