Whether this site's media is offloaded to object storage, and how.
Autenticação
Envie uma chave de API como um token de portador. A chave deve ter a permissão storage.view; uma chave sem ela é recusada com 403, e não 404.
Este endpoint não requer um ID de organização. Sua chave já identifica a organização à qual pertence, e a resposta é delimitada a ela.

A site with no offload configured answers `200` with `configured: false`, **not** `404`. "This site does not offload its media" is an answer; a `404` would be indistinguishable from "no such site", which is what the screen would then have to show the customer. Requires `storage.view`.
