Autenticación
Envía una clave de API como token de portador. Este endpoint no especifica un permiso concreto en la especificación, así que otorga a tu clave los mínimos privilegios necesarios y comprueba la respuesta en lugar de dar por sentado.
Este endpoint no requiere ningún id de organización. Su clave ya identifica la organización a la que pertenece, y la respuesta está delimitada a ella.

Completeness is checked **here** rather than at review, so a seller finds out in ten seconds instead of in two days and the reviewer's queue holds files that can actually be decided. A refusal names every missing requirement at once. Submitting also requires the self-billing agreement: we buy from the seller net and self-bill, so the payout statement doubles as their invoice to us (docs/82 §8).
