This endpoint returns the cities, and every `amount_minor` here is the **cheapest** figure across them: a **"from" price**, which is the only kind that exists on a zoned range, and which the page must render with the word *from*. ⛔ **Nothing here is an offer.** An organisation passes a one-off verification before its first machine on this range (owner ruling 2026-08-14), so this read describes a product rather than opening a purchase — unlike `listCatalogCompute`, whose whole purpose is feeding an anonymous basket.
