Turn tiered caching on or off.
Autentikasi
Kirim kunci API sebagai token bearer. Kunci tersebut harus memiliki izin hosting.cdn.manage; kunci tanpa izin tersebut akan ditolak dengan status 403, bukan 404.
Endpoint ini tidak memerlukan id organisasi. Kunci Anda telah mengidentifikasi organisasi tempatnya berafiliasi, dan respons akan dibatasi untuk organisasi tersebut.

Refused **before** the provider is called when the zone's plan does not include it, because the provider's own refusal is a 4xx we cannot phrase usefully and a save button that produced it would look like our bug rather than their plan. Requires `hosting.cdn.manage`.
