Turn tiered caching on or off.

Пошаљите API кључ као bearer токен. Кључ мора имати дозволу hosting.cdn.manage; кључ без ње се одбија уз 403, а не 404.

Refused before the provider is called when the zone's plan does not include it, because the provider's own refusal is a 4xx we cannot phrase usefully and a save button that produced it would look like our bug rather than their plan. Requires hosting.cdn.manage.
