Details
The **Zinn® Private Cloud** range — the machines we source ourselves rather than resell — for the public product page. **Public**, cacheable exactly like `listCatalogCompute` (strong `ETag` + `max-age=60`). ⛔ **A sibling of `listCatalogCompute`, not a widening of it, and the reason is the price.** Every size on this range is priced **per data centre** — the same machine is $33.99 in one city and $44.99 in another — so `listCatalogCompute`, which by contract returns no data centres, has no honest figure to publish for one. This endpoint returns the cities, and every `amount_minor` here is the **cheapest** figure across them: a **"from" price**, which is the only kind that exists on a zoned range, and which the page must render with the word *from*. ⛔ **Nothing here is an offer.** An organisation passes a one-off verification before its first machine on this range (owner ruling 2026-08-14), so this read describes a product rather than opening a purchase — unlike `listCatalogCompute`, whose whole purpose is feeding an anonymous basket. A price is not an offer on this range in a second sense too: a city can be out of stock, and buildability is settled live at order time against the provider, never from this list. ⛔ `locations` are **our** city slugs (`falkenstein`, `singapore`), never a supplier zone token. The words a visitor reads are a translated catalogue entry per locale (§2.19); a zone whose city we have no public words for is **omitted**, because a vendor inventory key on an indexed page in 58 languages is a footprint disclosure nobody asked for (#1956).
