Senden Sie einen API-Schlüssel als Bearer-Token. Der Schlüssel muss über die Berechtigung hosting.cdn.manage verfügen; ein Schlüssel ohne diese wird mit 403 statt 404 abgelehnt.
Dieser Endpunkt erfordert keine Organisations-ID. Ihr Schlüssel identifiziert bereits die zugehörige Organisation, und die Antwort ist entsprechend eingeschränkt.

Refused **before** the provider is called when the zone's plan does not include it, because the provider's own refusal is a 4xx we cannot phrase usefully and a save button that produced it would look like our bug rather than their plan. Requires `hosting.cdn.manage`.
