Recipes: writing the same kind of article again

A recipe is a saved way of writing. Instead of describing what you want every time, you describe it once and the recipe produces that kind of article again — on a schedule if you like, onto the sites or the site group you name.

What a recipe holds

• The brief — what to write about, in the language you want the articles in. A tight

brief produces better articles than a long one.

• The voice — "like a plumber explaining it to a neighbour".
• The length, and how many articles each run should produce.
• Which AI writes it, or whatever is cheapest for you, which is the default.
• How often — only when you press it, or daily, weekly or monthly.
• The links to place, either typed in or taken from a saved link set.

Choosing where it posts

This is the part people miss. Where should it post? has two answers:

• Sites I choose — pick them from the list. Every site you own is shown, and one that

cannot take a post says why rather than disappearing.

• A site group — point the recipe at a group instead.

⭐ A group is read fresh every time the recipe runs. Add a site to that group next month and it starts receiving articles automatically; you do not come back and edit the recipe. That is the whole reason to use a group rather than ticking the sites by hand.

How far it goes on its own

Three settings, and the safe one is the default:

• Save drafts for me to read — nothing reaches a site. You read, edit and schedule.
• Schedule them for me — drafts are written and queued onto your chosen sites, and you

can still cancel any of them before they go.

• Publish without asking — for a recipe you have watched for a few weeks and trust.

What it costs

Each article is a real AI generation and is charged when it is written. A recipe that writes five articles a week on ten sites is fifty articles a week — the recipe screen shows the numbers before you save it.

⚠️ If your account is not in good standing, recipes stop running until it is settled. Nothing is lost; the schedule picks up where it left off.
