認証
ベアラー トークンとして API キーを送信します。このエンドポイントでは仕様に特定の権限が記載されていないため、キーに必要な最小限の権限を付与し、推測するのではなくレスポンスを確認してください。
このエンドポイントは組織IDを受け付けません。お使いのキーによって所属する組織がすでに特定されており、レスポンスはその組織にスコープされます。

Resolution is most-specific-first — **task → project → client → organisation default** — taking the newest card whose `effective_from` is on or before the **work's** date. ⛔⛔ Against the work's date, never against today. An agency that raises its rate on the 1st must still bill last month at last month's rate; resolving on `now()` silently re-prices every unbilled hour behind it, upward, which is the direction nobody checks.
