Pagpapatotoo
Magpadala ng API key bilang isang bearer token. Kailangang taglayin ng key ang pahintulot na connections.manage; ang key na wala nito ay tatanggihan gamit ang 403, hindi 404.

⛔⛔ **Rewrites `provedCapabilities` from what the panel DEMONSTRATED**, never from what the adapter can express. A Plesk box can answer every read perfectly and refuse `/cli/*/call` outright, because the command-line gateway is separately licensed and separately permissioned — and both one-click login and licence installation go through it. Re-probing matters because the answer changes without telling us: the customer's own administrator can restrict it, or the licence can lapse. ⛔ A failed check CLEARS `provedCapabilities` rather than keeping yesterday's list, so the screen stops offering buttons against a panel we can no longer reach. Requires `connections.manage`.
