POST `/v1/agency/time/projects`

Create a time-tracking project.

Autentifikacija

Pošaljite API ključ kao bearer token. Ključ mora imati dozvolu agency.time.manage; ključ bez nje se odbija sa 403, a ne sa 404.

Requires `agency.time.manage` and the `agency_project_board` entitlement. `currency` is set on the PROJECT rather than derived from whichever rate card wins, because an invoice has exactly one currency: a project whose rates disagreed would produce a document that cannot be issued. A rate card in another currency is refused rather than converted — FX is a driver decision, not a timesheet's.
