Writing a post and putting it on your sites

Write a post once — yourself or with AI — then schedule it onto as many of your sites as you like. Nothing goes live until you schedule it.

Content on Zinn Digital® works in two steps, and they are deliberately separate: writing a post, and placing it on a site. Nothing you write touches a live site until you schedule it, so drafting is always safe.

Write one

Go to Reach → Content. The Posts tab has two buttons:

  • Write a post — a plain editor. Paste from anywhere; the links you put in are placed
  • exactly as you wrote them and are never rewritten.

  • Write with AI — describe what you want and how long it should be, and you get a draft
  • you can edit before it goes anywhere.

Put it on a site

Open a post and choose Schedule. Pick the site, pick the moment, and optionally a category. The post appears in your queue as scheduled and goes out within about five minutes of the time you chose.

If a site is not in the list, it cannot receive a post yet. Usually that means it is not active, or it is a kind of site we do not hold the files for — the message next to it says which.

The same post on several sites

You can schedule one post onto many sites, but think before you do: identical copy on several sites in one network is duplicate content, and on a footprint-free network that is the single most visible sign of automation. If you want the same subject on twenty sites, write twenty articles — a recipe or a campaign does that for you.

Taking one back

Cancel a scheduled post any time before it goes out and nothing is published. ⚠️ Cancelling a post that has already gone live does not remove it from your site — it only stops the schedule. Delete or unpublish it on the site itself.
