Uthibitishaji

Tuma ufunguo wa API kama tokeni ya kubeba. Ufunguo lazima uwe na ruhusa ya sites.manage; ufunguo usio nayo unakataliwa kwa 403, si 404.

Drops the database and its user. **The data is gone** — this platform holds no copy of it, so the client must confirm the name back to the customer before calling, the way a destructive action is confirmed everywhere else. Scoped to the organisation **and** the site, so a database id belonging to another of the caller's own sites does not resolve here either. `404` for a site with no vendor hosting package, and for an id that is not on it. Requires `sites.manage`.
