פרטים

Creates an empty cart with **no organization and no user** and returns its opaque bearer `token`. The token is returned **only here** — nothing can re-derive it from the cart afterwards, so a client that loses it has lost the cart. It is a credential: treat it like one. The cart expires at `expires_at` (24 hours).
