How add-ons work here
An add-on is something you switch on for one site rather than for your whole account, so you are never paying for rank tracking on the brochure site because you wanted it on the shop. They appear in your dashboard beside the site they belong to, and on the invoice you already receive.
Everything here is monthly or one-off with no minimum term. Monthly add-ons stop at the end of the period you have paid for; one-off services are a single job with nothing recurring behind them. Where an add-on has a free tier or a plan-included allowance, its own page says so rather than leaving you to find out at checkout.
How they are priced
There is no add-on bundle and no tier you have to reach. Each one is priced on its own page, from the live catalogue rather than from copy somebody typed, so what you read is what you are charged. Monthly add-ons are a few pounds to a few tens of pounds a month; one-off expert services are priced per job by how much work they are.
Several have a free tier or an allowance your plan already includes — three uptime monitors on any account, weekly index checks on every Footprint-Free plan, staging on every site. Where that is true the add-on's own page says so before it asks you for anything.

Do I have to host with you to buy an add-on?
For most of them, no. Monitoring, SEO data and external backups all work on a site hosted anywhere — you need a free account and the domain added. The expert services and the infrastructure add-ons need the site to be here, because they act on the server.
Are add-ons per site or per account?
Most are per site, so you pay only where you need them. The reseller add-ons and a few account-wide ones are bought once and cover everything — each page says which it is.
Is there a minimum term?
No. Monthly add-ons run to the end of the period you have paid for and then stop if you cancel. One-off services are a single job.
Where do I actually buy one?
From your dashboard, on the add-ons tab, against the site you want it for. Every add-on there links back to the page explaining it, so you can read before you buy.
What happens if my account falls behind on payment?
Anything that costs money to run is paused while the account is not in good standing, and resumes on its own when it is — you do not have to ask. Nothing already collected is deleted, and you can still read it.
Do prices include tax?
No. Tax is worked out from your billing country and shown at checkout, so what you see there is what you pay.
