A statement is one billing period: what your clients consumed, what we charged you for it, and what is left.
The lines
- Recurring — plans and add-ons your clients had for the period, at your reseller rate.
- Usage — the metered things: bandwidth, storage over allowance, AI credits, SEO lookups.
- One-offs — domains registered or renewed, licences, extras.
- Credits — refunds, service credits, and anything we owe you back.

Usage you absorbed. A client over their bandwidth allowance costs you whether or not you passed it on.

- Anything you cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of a period, so a cancelled
