DELETE `/v1/compute/servers/{serverId}/floating-ips/{floatingIpId}`

Release a floating IP.

⛔ Irreversible: the address returns to the provider and cannot be asked for again. It comes off the machine's rate from the next hour. Requires sites.delete.
