विवरणहरू

Creates an empty cart with no organization and no user and returns its opaque bearer token. The token is returned only here — nothing can re-derive it from the cart afterwards, so a client that loses it has lost the cart. It is a credential: treat it like one. The cart expires at expires_at (24 hours).
