The published Blueprint versions for the product lines the caller actually has WordPress sites on. ⛔ The existing blueprint, not a second "template" concept: a platform with two answers to "what is this site made of" has neither. Drafts are excluded — an unpublished blueprint's spec is still editable, so offering one would let the thing the customer applied change afterwards. Each row carries the plugin slugs the template declares, so a customer can see what applying it will put on their site before they apply it. Requires sites.view.
