Մանրամասներ

The platform-level sibling of GET /v1/hosting/locations: authenticated but not tenant-scoped, because it is a statement about what this platform sells rather than about any customer's estate. It exists because the create-site form needs the application list at the one moment no site — and therefore no hosting package — exists to read it from. Scoped by product_line, and that narrowing is the point: the footprint-free line deliberately offers a narrower set than mainstream. A missing or unknown product_line answers an empty list, never everything — an unfiltered fallback would show a footprint-free customer the helpdesks and CRMs that line exists to keep off their sites.
