The figure we stand behind, the credit owed at each tier, the exclusions and the claim window — rendered from engine/engine/sla/policy.py and never retyped. ⛔ Clients must interpolate these values into their own copy rather than writing "99.9%" into a locale catalogue: a figure translated into 58 languages cannot be grepped for and cannot be changed (CLAUDE.md §2.45). min_coverage_percent is the share of a month we must have measured before a reading adjudicates; below it the month is unadjudicable and the customer's claimed tier stands.
