Returns every active product line (Footprint-Free, Mainstream, …) with its marketing feature list and the entitlement grants shared by every plan in the line. Public — prices and product definitions are public marketing data (docs/35 #19). Cacheable: the response carries a strong ETag and Cache-Control: public, max-age=60; send If-None-Match for a 304.
