Read from the installer registry at this release, so an application appears here only when the platform can actually install it. Public catalog reference data — no auth, no tenant scope — and cacheable exactly like listCatalogPlans (strong ETag + max-age=60). Bring-your-own code is not an installed application and is not listed.
