Every WordPress site we host on our own servers comes with our own plugins already installed and activated. That is true on every hosting line, including Footprint-Free. You do not download them, and you do not pay for them.

Preinstalled on every WordPress site

• Zinn® Cache controls the LiteSpeed page cache your server already runs. It clears the

right pages when you publish or edit, so visitors never see a stale copy. Its screen is under the Zinn Digital® menu in wp-admin, where you can also clear the cache by hand.

• Zinn® Chat is a live chat box that answers from your own pages and hands over to you. It

stays switched off, and adds nothing to your pages, until you turn a chat on in the Live chat section of your dashboard. Once it is on, the widget appears without any code to paste.

• Zinn® Footprint lets the dashboard open wp-admin for you without a password, and takes

out what a WordPress site gives away about itself: the version in its pages, XML-RPC, and similar signals. Each removal is its own toggle, under the Zinn Digital® menu in wp-admin.

If you delete one, the platform installs it again at its next routine check of your site, because other features rely on it. To stop a plugin doing something, use its own settings rather than deleting it.

Pro editions are upgrades, not part of hosting

The plugins above are the free editions. Where a plugin has a paid Pro edition, it is an optional upgrade that you buy separately, for sites hosted with us or anywhere else. Hosting does not include any Pro edition. Each plugin's own page on our website lists its Pro features and price, and where a free trial is offered.

If a plugin is missing

The routine check puts back anything the platform installs, usually within the hour. If it is still missing after that, open a support ticket and say which site and which plugin.
