PUT `/v1/domains/{domainId}/nameservers`

Set a domain's nameservers.

Re-delegates the domain via its registrar. Requires `domains.dns.manage`. Only a domain registered with us can be re-delegated here (a connected/BYO domain's nameservers live at the customer's own registrar) — otherwise a 409.
