List the websites hosted on a server.

The types travel with the list because the only screen that needs them is the one that has just rendered it, and a second round trip on opening a form is a round trip on a button press. Package type ids are specific to the provider account the machine sits on and must never be hard-coded. Requires `sites.view`.
