Vector storage and query usage against the plan.

የAPI ቁልፉን እንደ bearer token ይላኩ። ቁልፉ የvector.view ፈቃድ ሊኖረው ይገባል፤ ይህ ፈቃድ የሌለው ቁልፍ በ404 ሳይሆን በ403 ውድቅ ይደረጋል።
