GET `/v1/orders/{orderId}/refund-eligibility`

Preview an order's refund eligibility.

የAPI ቁልፉን እንደ bearer token ይላኩ። ቁልፉ የbilling.view ፈቃድ ሊኖረው ይገባል፤ ይህ ፈቃድ የሌለው ቁልፍ በ404 ሳይሆን በ403 ውድቅ ይደረጋል።
