GET `/v1/tickets`

List the organization's support tickets.

የAPI ቁልፉን እንደ bearer token ይላኩ። ቁልፉ የtickets.view ፈቃድ ሊኖረው ይገባል፤ ይህ ፈቃድ የሌለው ቁልፍ በ404 ሳይሆን በ403 ውድቅ ይደረጋል።

The org's support tickets in creation order (the cursor keysets over the time-ordered id). Cursor-paginated and RLS-scoped to the caller's org subtree; requires `tickets.view`.
